These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mozaic Day LLC covering your use of the Mozaic application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, so keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account or let others use it.
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. Mozaic Day LLC owns the Service, including its software, design, and name, and you agree not to copy or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
Mozaic requires a paid subscription to use. If you haven't used a free trial before, you're offered a one-time free trial. After the trial ends, you can still view and delete the pieces you've already created. Creating new pieces and all other features, including wraps, require an active subscription.
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your purchase and cancellation are handled by them under their terms. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and any refunds are subject to their policies.
You own the pieces you create in Mozaic. You're responsible for the content of your pieces, and you confirm you have the right to the text and photos you add. To run the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and display your pieces back to you, including creating your wraps. As part of the Service, wraps are created by our automated systems and may include the words you wrote in your pieces. You keep ownership of any of your words and photos that appear in a wrap. The wraps themselves, including their design and copy, are owned by Mozaic Day LLC. You can delete individual pieces and wraps at any time in the app.

You download and subscribe to Mozaic through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply alongside these Terms. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google.
While purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app stores as described in Section 5, Apple is not responsible for Mozaic and is not required to provide support for it. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, with the right to enforce them against you for the version of the app you obtained from the App Store.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. When you do, we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Some provisions of these Terms, by their nature, continue after your access ends, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we're required to by law.
We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and modify, update, or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue it, we will give you reasonable advance notice so you can export your data before access ends.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that it will meet your every need. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Wraps include AI-generated content and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are meant for personal reflection, not as professional, medical, psychological, or other expert advice, and you should not rely on them as such.
You agree that Mozaic Day LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You also agree that our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mozaic Day LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
